The company culture is highly demanding, requiring employees to work excessively hard. Additionally, the policies in place are considered unfavorable, and some individuals within the organization exhibit unprofessional behavior. Despite my intention to resign due to these concerns, my attempt was thwarted by the HR department, which declined to hear my perspective, a situation I find disappointing and unprofessional. The HR (Preeti Saini) is very unprofessional.

I also enjoy the challenging projects we work on, as they allow me to expand my skills and contribute to meaningful research

I find that the recent change to a six-day working week, particularly for night shift employees, has significantly impacted my work-life balance and overall job satisfaction. I believe that a more flexible schedule could enhance employee well-being and productivity.

Worst working culture No work from home No leave They deduct monthly tax but they did not desposit to government or in EPF UN account. So don't fall in trap of their false promises.

I had a very nice experience Employee was heard when needed They try their best to satisfy any employee with benifits and everthing, if you are loyal and give your 100% dedication every job will lead to your hood future. Also career related field and company is best
