Ed, cbi raid also happened multiple times in their office. They manipulate in everything from salary to there balance sheet.
There you have to worked just like a salve after that if you have done that then congrats face the criticism from the manager and also they will harrras you or jealous of you if you doing your work properly.

Salary structure is very poor. General Manager of Payroll Dept. - Asit Roy, he is worst. His behavior is really very worst. I wish nobody joins his team or else that person will be the unluckiest one. Not at all supportive. Cannot see other's happiness. Appraisal is very poor like it's better to not have it. Even if someone tries to stay & learn things from there, Asit roy will force that person to leave the company. Tortures mentally. He's a bloody selfish.
