Its best for bpo beginers..who are starting their first job. They won't give you OT amount any way...no fixed shifts..in genisys there are so many clients in that i worked for Asian paints..in that therrible hardwork no recognisation..no work satisfaction.... They use who are seniors they always do hardwork..work pressure is on only senoirs like extending at month ends...

I experienced for only one client So i can share about my client...remaing clients better i think than us.. In APL process.. No OT amount given, for seniore have much working pressure... One teamlead manager pradeep is there, he is very nasty one... They wont understand your problems like extending work... They won't intimate before.. Suddenly they came to our desk and say you have to extend 2 hours...like.

There is no annual increment or appraisal. If you have joined company with the package of 2Lacks after 3 years also the package remains the same.. Until unless we clear the IJP..

Not good... bcse i worked their for last six months and after the project they did not accept me to gave another project l.. last project also i worked hard but they did not gave me an importance.

This company is good for freshers . Fresher can get a knoweldge about the latest technologies which comes in market

There is no holiday on Saturday but there will be no work pressure on Saturday full of fun on that day
