Not much work pressure

Dislikes

No salary hikes even if we work for 5 years. No promotion based on performance. Worst management specially. Worst manager and HR team. HR vijay pujari doesn’t care anything about the employees. No complaints are addressed properly. They only favour with the superiors. Manager Murli and there subordinates “Sumanth” “Simanchal” are the worst management a company could have hired to run several process. I have had the worst experience working with this people. I hope my review reach the top level of the company.

Genisys is wonderful company for those who want to work without any pressure because there is no target and any incentives as well also no any other income only have to wait the salary that's all and the work is very peaceful and wonderful no any pressure come work complete the login hours and go thats all about the company

...ny I have worked for. No offs on public holidays, no knowledge gaining programs. Uneducated team leaders, no salary appraisals, entirely politics in place of ijps and requests. management never supports employees at times of justice. Politics at office .

During my 2.5 yr journey. I learnt alot here. Best thing about the genisys is after working hours you don't need to worry about work apart from that managers and TL are so supportive.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
