Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Cpmpany politics are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There si 2 years bond before which you cannot resign .On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...year plus.. And no time to time salary and wifi bill during this covid pandemic. Salary deduction.. No work secure....very disappointment.. For an employee

The salary is on time and the employees are allowed to work from home.

Dislikes

...t been very clear and open with the internal decisions affecting it's employees. No transparency in the salary deductions and other cut backs. The internet expenses and electricity expenses are never paid on time. No scope for growth or any sort of incentive system to motivate better performance. No amount of growth in work is appreciative with salary increments. Overall a worst place to be stuck with a minimum pay.

There is nothing to like about genesys. Altogether bad company to work with. It is really hard to survive here.

...eated well. Employees are asked to work for long hours and not been paid for OT. Also the salary is never on time.
