...s extremely frustrating to work, there is no compensation, no perks , nothing. Extremely poor management but the worst part of it is the HR department since one can never get the salary on time and people are non cooperative in the department. No policies as such in favor of employees and if there are any those are just to inconvenience you . And in case one thinks of leaving the company he or she will have to followup with the company for atleast an year for the FNF. It is not at all an experience but a punishment. There was not any option to give zero stars so I gave one.

No issues for holiday & they adjust holiday. also understand our problems. salary on time.

Most of employees are working in low salary. 12hrs working daily lot of time. salary increment not done every year, increment doing after 3 years they also very low. Force to work in Saturday Sunday n no pay for extra working.

...professionalism, they say slangs and think employee as slave. So rude behaviour. Company has no work life balance, don't approve leaves, less salary no increment and promotion.

People should be stay jobless rather joining this organisation... Neither any skills development, nor salary increment, nor, job security, nor proper time for salary and nor they are giving the full and final payment

There is nothing to like. The organisation is worst interms of every thing a man can expect from a professional Life

Friendly Environment and supportive senior's, lots off learn about highly advanced survey i.e 3D. Maping and Topography survey.

Dislikes

Too much work load and pressure. To much caring about survey instruments, and any by mistake then fine cuts in monthly salary.
