The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Firstly, while joining they had fixed a salary for me. But after 20 days of joining, I was told that 80-20 rule is applied and only if 100% of Target is achieved full salary will be given. Work life balance: Especially for Business Development team, there is no weekend as such. The VP would call any moment for work
