The company provides excellent exposure to enhance skills and increase knowledge. Equal opportunity to everyone, whether fresher or experienced, to work on different projects and tools. The company has projects and clients with new and latest tools and technologies. Good management and leadership as everyone are made independent to work directly with the clients. HR policies are employee friendly. There is 360 degree feedback for all employees, whether one is a fresher, experienced employee, lead or mentor. Hence the feedbacks given to an employee are not just based on one employee's perception or observation. Annual appraisal is good. Flexible timings and work life balance. At times of project delivery, the leads and mentors are available for full support to the team

Being a part of Genesis family is the best part of my life. We got a learn a lot, had opportunities to grow myself with the company. Got opportunities to learn the latest technologies and opportunities for clients intraction without any limitations. We have a best team and they feel like family members. Work life Balance, Flexi working hours, 360° performance management, half yearly appraisal. There is no politics here. There is no partition among seniors and juniors, everyone can share own knowledge.

Genesis doesn't support cheaters and low performers in its shelter.
