PLEASE DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY. This office is *absolutely not safe for women* . The boss, Dinesh D'Souza, frequently uses inappropriate language, casually mentioning topics like " *org*sms* ," *alcohol* , and *cigaret*es* during conversations. Such unprofessional behavior creates a highly uncomfortable and toxic work environment. The company is known for making baseless accusations and placing false blame on others. They consistently refuse to acknowledge their own mistakes and frequently resort to dishonesty to cover up the truth. Adding to this, the account manager, Rutuja, is incredibly insensitive and disrespectful. She uses unprofessional language like, “Ae chal dhang se baat kar,” which is both degrading and unacceptable. I joined this company on November 4, 2024, and was completely upfront during my interview with the boss and the hiring team about my limited experience—eight months in HR and no background in IT recruitment. Despite being transparent, they later accused me of providing false information and began treating me with utter disrespect. The boss, Dinesh D'Souza, is extremely unprofessional, always trying to prove others wrong, even when he’s at fault. He has no regard for creating a respectful or supportive environment. It was entirely their fault that I was placed in a role for which I clearly stated my limitations. Yet, they blamed me for this situation and have not taken any accountability or apologized for their actions. They wasted my time completely. After more than a week of work, they suddenly claimed I wasn’t qualified for IT recruitment and fired me, despite my clear communication during the interview about my prior experience in internal hiring. On top of that, they failed to deliver on their promise of providing training. Instead, they pressured me to deliver immediate results, demanding five candidate submissions per day in my very first week. It was a chaotic and disorganized workplace where employees were blamed for management’s oversight. This company does not value its employees, lacks professionalism, and is unsafe for women. If you think you are capable and worthy, please avoid joining this company at all costs.
