All things which I had suffered since 2018 to my last working day Feb24 Mostly oiling nature of HOD's(Exploiters and tyrants) who are residences inside campus. I hate this school much more of my 15 years working experience.

Likes

The facilities in terms of transport, meals, IT support, infrastructure are excellent. Staff is b and large well groomed, educated and polite.

Dislikes

In e name of decentralising decision making, the wing incharges have become power centres in themselves. As a counter to that and to maintain the control of the school head, a spy is planted in every department who keeps the HODs insecure and edgy at all times. Student indiscipline and over demanding parents add to the stress.

Work culture, work life balance, benefits and perks, behavior and treatment with the teacher and staffs, lack of concern about mental and emotional health and well being of the teachers

Likes

Work culture is very good and teachers have liberty to work independently. Teachers get enough opportunities to learn and exercise best teaching practices. Salaries are impressive and negotiable.

Dislikes

There is no disagreement as such.
