Very dull work environment, too much isolation except the outer office and building. In my starting days I observe that management walks with non realistic targets and expectations which kills recruiters capability and my motive to progress.

Dislikes

Non realistic targets and expectations. No to very minimal knowledge of the areas they are working. They connect with outside people to gain knowledge where they neglect and ignore knowledge from the ones they have hired already. So environment wise demoralising and non progressive.
