What I dislike about general mills is the salary structure and politics during promotion. S There is a lot of deductions in your CTC so before joining the organisation please confirm the take home salary before accepting the offer. You are eligible for promotion after completing 18 months on a same designation but even if you do great in the interview you will have doubts after getting the results as most of the promotions are pre decided. The employee who is about to leave or the employee close to management are preferred over hard working employee

Is 22-28 LPA possible at 4 YoE (DevOps/SRE)?
Hi all, I'm currently making 11 LPA at a product based company as a DevOps/SRE Engineer. I never switched as I was learning a lot here. I am pretty good with leetcode, can solve most mediums in 15 mins. My strongest skills are Kubernetes, CI/CD, Python scripting and backend devlopment. I also have a CKAD certificate and a GCP cloud certificate. I want to know how much I can realistically make if I switch in the next 6 months.
