...the only thing that is in favor of GIC. There is little to no skill development. The compensation structure is a decade old. The toxic culture of the company has forced many to leave the company. No one takes responsibility. The only question asked before making a decision is "auditor kya bolega?" The company lacks vision and the pathetic management makes matter worse. You can be assured of promotion but that comes at it's own pace.

There is a lack of communication in the team I am working for. Assignments are given based on how much face time one wants with the management. A lot of energy goes into doing tasks that are not required. There is no leader only a boss.

General Insurance Corporation of India is such a corporation which cares and let the employee grow with all technical knowledge apart from admistration, accounts also whereby the word ' dislike ' will never occur at any single minute and we leared value of time from our GIC only.Whole word says " Time is Money " but the truth is TIME IS GOD.
