The company should increase the salary of the underpaid workers who are paid very little. People who work a lot.

It is a great organisation on an overall basis. Good training opportunities.

Toxic culture. The Finance leaders do not have any strategy or keep changing it. Bosses blame you without getting into details of the issue. HR is pathetic and puppet. You should be 100% perfect in everything you do, one mistake and you are out of job. No empathy.

Poor culture with very Lala-type attitude of the management. Slow product development. No focus on employee development

Since the time of joining to presently serving duration was to good for me. My colleagues are cooperative on every aspect and help us to execute the task.
