Supporting all teammates and guide to work related issues, monthly training program conducted to the State office, I did not have a feeling of job security, very low career growth in this company, yearly 8% to 10% increment salary, traveling

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow the work pressure is very low.sometimes ,I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend customer calls in the sometimes.

...ounting finance department. Past backlogs and dispute payment your response. Mainly salary will not come on time sometimes will release two months once. If you know Hindi you can adopt the situation. Unfortunately I don't know Hindi. Office culture is very bad. It's not a office its stored room.
