...ould diminish the efforts. Lot of employee surveys for no or minimal change. Big salary difference among peers.

No clarity, Transparency with is exactly opposite of GE beliefs. Pay is not equitable to work load, Too much workload and process. Which are imposed on Engineers. Other functions are not made that accountable.

Work Culture is Best Among other companies Managers are well trained and very respectful, do not believe in bashing and escalations and are trained to work in solution mode than escalation mode. Campus is worldclass in JFWTC, Whitefield

...ns and compliance but do not give enough to spend on those(Market consitions). Compensation’s are not that par!

France and Italy employees very helpful and very good behavior.

Lead behavior not good. All time pressures give third-party employees. Overtime work pressures without pay. Always insult third-party employees by lead Documentation department. Lead Sonu Yadav is not experience person related discipline Documentation department in COE team India Noida.

GE has very transparent work culture. One can easily approach cross functional team. High performance teams and Employees empowerment is one of the best culture here.

Dislikes

Salary is little less for employees below professional bands. Yearly Bonus is also missing. Location of company is very far away from residential area so lots of time is wasted in traveling (pune plant)
