Work Culture is Best Among other companies Managers are well trained and very respectful, do not believe in bashing and escalations and are trained to work in solution mode than escalation mode. Campus is worldclass in JFWTC, Whitefield

I have spent a lifetime working in GE. Have been blessed with wonderful mentors and managers who support you all throughout. Lot of learning and a lot of leadership opportunities.

Salary hike is less comparatively and growth is slow
