GE is one of the finest company to work with. I had exceptionally nice peers and managers. Do not expect training or spoon feeding while working you must be open to learn by yourself and perform in uncertain situation thats what they believe in. Overall working in GE is pride and work atmosphere is excellent.

Dislikes

As usual concern, which bothers many of us, GE can raise a compensation level to better mark. Rest all is awesome.

Very nice Campus in Bangalore. Manager Understands about yoir personal needs. Design Review system. Materials to learn.

...ould diminish the efforts. Lot of employee surveys for no or minimal change. Big salary difference among peers.

No clarity, Transparency with is exactly opposite of GE beliefs. Pay is not equitable to work load, Too much workload and process. Which are imposed on Engineers. Other functions are not made that accountable.

Good work environment. Varius Facilities are available. Good for women network. Max no of program arranged to prove ourself. Various training are arranged. Good teamwork. Same opportunity to all

Salary package are average. Growth are slow

Work Culture is Best Among other companies Managers are well trained and very respectful, do not believe in bashing and escalations and are trained to work in solution mode than escalation mode. Campus is worldclass in JFWTC, Whitefield
