Working with general diagnostic is like a place where you have a opportunity to grow and exponents with the help of the companies senior. Another best thing that I think about GD is about their straight forward business policies which allows each and every member of the company to give its own opinion regarding some changes or amendments to be made in companies policies

One thing which dislike about GD that it doesn't give us a environment which is required to leave our and do waste a time it always keep me motivating for work

Company culture is worst not listening any upper Management pure bhayya tipe only listen bhayya type employee no jobe security HR is not working properly Hr plying only politics. Again and again change HR policy. Not provide any Other Benefits only talking Company growth important not employee.

Worst experience to work with this company. During interview time they totally hide their policies. 11/12hrs working. Job security is zero. They create pressure on employees to give forcefully resign.

Everything ,hiring employees for specific purposes, showing futuristic vision of creating something big and concrete. After that they don't have any JD for the employee to work upon. Nobody is aware about HR policies in the organization even the old employees.

Work culture worst, company policy changed according to there avp n senior management. When there avp has problems with you ,you are not able to work . I never recommend to anyone to go there and work
