Great experience, Good learning. Left at over 300% hike from the joining salary. No reason why I will not recommend others to join and start their career in regulatory from here.

The work culture is very toxic. Everyone is out to get everyone. Manager doesnt even care if you are on a lunch break or not, they'll pull you in a meeting that you are not even required for and start disrespecting with every employee present. Favourism is shown, the mistakes of seniors are very cleverly blamed on junior employees. The manager keeps saying to extend the team to 100 but every employee resigns within weeks.

There nothing good in the company most worst part is manger had no maners how to treat there employees even most worst part they forced there employees to write positive reviews. They should learn some etiquette. When ever they want to terminate zny employees they directly starting insulting them infront of other team members .they didn't hesitate and directly said that you r good for nothing no other company is going to jire you even they insult there families also. People who r writing so much positive about company why they didn't discuss about saly . For m.pharm they r giving 8,500
