...orst educational organisation in Pune.Cheating the students and faculty as well.also they are stealing salary of faculty in the name of PF they are giving less salary

Dislikes

Over workload to each faculty.they ask for the attendent work from the faculty.they give threat to fire the faculties all the time.no good work culture.not professional behaviour of higher officers.

Likes

Worked there for two years. Hopeless management, no scope for advancement, they only exploit their staff.. Not even basic facilities like toilet and wash basin, etc are provided to staff.. Overall pathetic experience.

Dislikes

Lots of staff politics going on. The top management is no where qualified or able to manage anything.. You an get an iota of respect there only if you know the head, Ram bhau personally. You just cannot do anything productive for the students. The college does not have even basic accreditations to work. This college should be banned and closed down ASAP, before they can exploit anymore students and teachers.
