There is no clear flow of job description and work division. The pay is fine and the growth scale might get steep.

It was a terrible experience for me, as I have suffered mentally so much working there. There's no work life balance, your mental health isn't taken into consideration all they care about are the clients

- Non- existent work life balance - working hours were fixed but you had to stay after that also - No compensation for overtime

Friendly colleagues, you get to learn a lot, very good start for a fresher.

Dislikes

You cannot be sure if your seniors/managers will back you if someone questions your work. They need to replace the people in the HR department with people who are actually skilled to handle the work.

If you want to learn and grow in digital marketing, this company is for you. It's a great company, work environment is really nice and people here are really friendly. In short, you will love working here.
