Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Not much to write as dislikes if any of say like more facilities by time or space or materials are not because of anyone but because of limitations beyond existing resources.

Defiantly I'm introduced to myself with new technology that appreciate. In all situation our school authorities time to time understand and collaborate with staff members to achive our's target. In some place we was trying to be honest and also not achive it also. It's was my dream place and never & ever forget. I'am missed all my team of school.
