Although job is secure but the Principal had made the work culture very bad. Lots and lots of politics is going on. Company policies are not followed. Overall very bad experience. There are many things to share but...

Salary given in parts that too one part in third week and last part God knows. Every now and then the school gets sold and management changes and students leave. The growth is not there and we are at the mercy of God. Please save us and give us good opportunities to settle in life.

My colleagues are friendly and cooperative.but our coordinators never disclose any matter related to the school till the last minute eg: meetings, timetable, holidays etc. I never seen that they would discuss with the teachers about school related decisions,ask suggestions to us. Now management has got changed and their rules and regulations. salary and everything according to the new management rules.

The organization is one of the best education providers where they have the best and latest updates in the field. For me everyday is a learning experience so I keep myself updated with global trend. It's a dream come true experience for me.

Compensation is less, work pressure is very high.

Culture is very toxic and works on how much you can butter your superior. Superiors are very incompetent and no help from them. I think they should hire someone who has knowledge of the departments. A good principal will be the first hire they should do.
