I am greatful for being part of Gef family. The only thing I'm unsatisfied is about my salary increment. I enclosed my last job with 28k+Allowance basic pay. But here I joined in our family 20k basic pay in passion of job and expected for appreciation this year but disappointed. As I am 5 years Experienced where 3 years ex employ of Gef. So plz consider my salary increment request as per current market CTC as per possible. Thank you.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Partialities is there, equality in work sharing ,rules and regulations and all but benifits are only enjoying who facilitate quid pro quo to Middle management....is only bad thing
