It's a good organization to work. The team management and support is outstanding. It's a great experience for me to working with this company. And specially when you are a person with not much (0-3) years experience , believe me you'll learn a lot of things along with inhancing you skills and experiences.

Salary is average as per your skill and experience. 24 days working in a week which can be reduced for 5 days a week as most of the management consulting company do. Must be min 2 Team member deployment for the whole project duration. sometimes a single member deployed for the project which affects the team work and the single member working on the project as again most of the consultancies do.

Not supporting much . No salary given since last 1 months. And only 50 percent was given in the previous month. Reimbursement of last 3 months pending . No HR in company so u can't 5alk about all this stuff to the co founders. If u don't meet targets you are done for the company . Does not matter how have u worked in the past.

Management is weak. Once given a project the management forgets and dumps everything on you .

...esent, and if you are deployed alone on a project, then forget about leaves. 5. People have 2 years or 5 years of experience, they are getting same salary, it depends how much you can ask during the interview. 6. People have median working duration is only 1.1 years, but around 20-25% people have left the company within 6 months. 7. As you have to work in team of 1 or 2 members only, so you have very little opportunities to learn new things. 8. They also send you to those companies, where daily you have to travel 1-2 hrs and food is really unhygienic.

Salary is comparatively good. Good opportunities to grow and learn independently . Projects are good where you can learn a lot

...efforts mean nothing if desired results are not obtained. Improper HR practises. Late salary. No team work. Don't even know how many people are working at present and never seen my office till date. Also no training provided
