Worst company to work with. No offer letter, no job security, salary paid in cash. The salary they pay like peanuts. Half of the employees are from village area, dont have any basic corporate manners

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
