Biased management decisions restricted to some favorite employees. No promotion and salary increment for others. People working in same designation for more than 10-20 years. HR department is more than worst in any kind.

The GJEPC has a good work environment where they encourage you to be proactive and take ownership of the project assigned to you. During covid the attitude of the company has changed drastically. Suddenly there is unnecessary pressure created for all the employees and they have also let go of all contractual staff and burdened the other existing staff. Also while we are working from home and putting in even more hours than ever before, still the organisation has been constantly meddling with official timings and forcefully calling employees to come to office despite the high risks.

Old school attitude of the organisation and refusing to let go of the traditional means of working and adopting newer and employee friendly policies

It was like hell in marketing department as the HOD was so rude and cruel towards her team. She never approved any leave or comp off even after working for 17 hrs continuously. Never allowed to attend any festive or JR activity. No promotion or raise. Too much politics. Poor minds are running that. Never join here.. staying jobless is far better than working under such devil mind people with no knowledge.

Dislikes

The shift hours which are endless. No comp off. 2 Saturday in a month off that also they will try to call you. Useless people are promoted. Have lunch at your desk in 10 mins and start working.

Terrible organization, heartless people, horrible atmosphere, 1 dirty public toilet for 1 floor. HOD attitude think the staff is their slave. You will be working all saturdays and sundays too. Many a times in a month they make us work till 12:30 in the night. No support of safety for woman employees. No flexi time

Dislikes

Never join on contract as they squeeze you like anything. You will soon face severe health issues because of high pressure because of useless senior management. No plan, zero management and rough attitude. If you dont have seff respect then you can survive. Non working people who came by approach survive with good pay out.
