no system at all. Occupied with some opportunist & cleaver people who controls the mind of employer and they are creating unfortune to the growth of the organisation. they will stay there forever thill the organsation windup I believe.

Nothing is good, they going with only old biased unskilled non-professional uneducated staffs for whom main job role is conspiracy with dirty poor office politics, mainly management has no such actual decision making power with not enough updated with modern system and gadgets, there every one only can proof themselves as excellent employee by printing rim after rim paper for the whole working days without any reason. Please no one joined this company to just detoriate and blunt their effective skills.
