This place has given me a good start for my career. I'm really great full for the supporting environment around. Working as a trainee in AR&D has really added a much for my career milestone. I hope I grow good along with the company.

As a new joinee I believe the salary being fixed for us is little unfair. Maybe a little more added would be helpful.

Likes

... is an easy commute as it is located on Highway and nearby to Govandi Station. Financially sound and salary comes on time.

Dislikes

... close to the certain few, remuneration and designation are bestowed upon them. There are few who are less qualified in terms of experience but u need to be a favourite of the top management, and salary and designations are never a hurdle. 3: They claim to have Drug products, but they have only few. They are a typical nutraceutical company. 4:You will never get to travel as that is a privilege of only few people. 5: They claim to have a POSH committee,but god knows do they actually take actions against certain employees behaviour towards others female colleague. 6: Different rules for different Employees!! Overall a pure corporate culture is missing. Needs a complete overhaul of culture, practices and thoughts.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

the job training is not given to new joinees

Learning and knowledge gaining of in house pharma concepts and process.

...y typical MNCs and Toyota etc.,).GMP matters only on Audit day / on documents. For freshers my sincere advice is join for bigger salary initially and work for short span and you can learn all in all. For experienced people this is not the right place to grow and you will be targeted more for sack, don't waste time for this.

Nothing is selected Work in QC department .

Planing is not proper, Facility. If Employee working his notice period As per company policy then he had not give you relieving certificate.No reply from HR Department.
