...ompany like that and I wish you never see one. HR and Team Leader is illiterate. HR does not have way of talking even seen doesn't know how to make Salary Slip and she is having experience of 8 years how is that possible. Team Leader is of other stream and she can't even pronounce medicine name properly and has nothing to do with work she is there for gossip. Last you will find Director who is also on another level what to say about him . Doesn't feel like office.

Dislikes

Work environment, HR and Senior have no work rather than gossip and pinching other employees for small things. Not a proper way of talking, ethics, work culture as they have never been to a real working environment.

Avoid at All Costs! Working here was one of the worst experience. The company has no clear rules or policies, and the environment is completely chaotic. Management is unprofessional, especially the MD and HR, who lack basic manners and integrity. They treat employees with disrespect and rudeness and fail to address serious concerns. There is no support, no growth opportunities, and no sense of fairness. If you value your time, mental health, and career, stay far away from this toxic workplace.
