Job security, Most of the times No unwanted interference from Management, On time salary

Business oriented attitude only in a teaching institute, No urge to improve for the benefit of the institution if they dont feel it is profitable instantly, Only work to grind money from the students and patients without providing practical benefits, Negligible benefits for employees, Very less number of holidays, Salary not upto the market in fact much less than the Government institutes

They don't involve other staff and culture activities... There is no career growth and no job security. I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day and night and most same full thing for such a big organisation is that They give Diwali bonus just 100 rupees yes you heard it right just 100rupees( sutli bomb ka packet B 120 rupay Ka Aata Hai)and 100 rupees only for them who attend their Diwali Pooja and they call themselves NABH. Administration Department is very rude to employees I only suggest you for this job if you really really need a job otherwise believe me you are happy and Unemployed rather than work in Geetanjali Medical College thank you .

The work ambience and satisfaction which i get in helping patients and also by solving the problems of attendants and taking care of patients.

Nothing to dislike as it feels like home and you are working for family :) Home like Working environment with colleagues :)

i have join as pharmacist in 2013 where i get lot of work exp but no one can notice your positive point where no system of internal promotion your yearly increment is depent upon your relationship with boss

office politics and boss based culture completaly disappointed newcomer get more ctc in compare to senior one so my persol suggetion is that you only spend two to three year for knowlege
