the company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology.i love the fact i am a part of a team that markets reliable high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes i have to work 10-14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late info the night. manager do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.i do receive appreciation email from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals also there is no on-job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

It is just waste to work here The tamilian burden is more n domenence is more and bloody managers have to do wt ever they ask to do even to travel with them and nonsense things also the team support is good and no security for girls in this company

Dislikes

I don't like the timing because girls can't wrk after 5 pm but in this cmpny have to wrk till 10 or it may b 12 also in night and the behaviour of this region managers is rude towards employs no salaries will be given correctly and many more

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
