...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they not give salary on time of every month, those are major factor to reduce company rating.

Salary not ontime every month, these are big Issue, and Other part of company is good. And identity card of company has not show profationals.

my b I have been working in JK Com for the last 10 years but I have completed my studies in Master of Commerce and also know how to operate a computer but my post is also Same thing and they don't even increase the payment and they never get paid on time.

Worthless I have give my 100% to the company but company doesn't give their output for the same in nine months job I have given my best performance but not get any appraisal senior management doesn't care about the employees.
