Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

...ng is the only thing you need to do. Management never bother about employees. They didn't give full salary for past two years. Never heard system double CL will be given even for emergency situations. They need to earn money..

It's good in all the criteria They pay salary on time Good cafeteria We can learn many things Staff's are friendly Lot of leave will be given Get sufficient time to spend with family

Dislikes

No job security They never come for class observation and totally relay on senior staff Never listen or try to understand what we say. Few politics Management is good but don't know where the mistake happens. It's pain to hear few reviews saying they won't pay salary but 3 years they paid my salary on time. Timings are less and 2 Saturday they will give leave. So if you get offer join without second thought

Worst management by new principal. She doesn't have even the basic administration capabilities. Academics become very worst. She alway expect to praise her. Never accepts our suggestions.. I we want good increment and job security we need to praise and accept the foolish ideas said by her. Management focus only on money. Compulsory food for teachers and they will deduct money for that. The quality of food is very bad
