...e from managers and Hr is very bad, Hr can't even help in this crunch situation. People are facing salary issue. Job security, even some times management do people NWNP, no work no pay, because they are not getting business from client. No appraisal at all.

Dislikes

No appraisal, no complete salary, making people NWNP( no work no pay) removing people from jobs. Makeing people work extra hours without OT, no growth, overall they should look after their employees. Instead deducting their salary.

Likes

Gebbs instills a high level of discipline in freshers which is missing in other companies. These habits Commad a lot of respect for Gebbs ex-employees in the next organization

Dislikes

A lot of cost cutting on transportation combined with lack of trust for giving work from home to users and lack of support from managers puts us in an awkward situation

Likes

Transport facility is very good, transport and admin guys are very co operative.

Dislikes

Shift timing, salary gets deducted incorrectly every month, if target not achieved: will be marked half day, unnecessary extension of shift everyday, favouritism, AM consuming tobacco on work floor, consuming substance and coming to office, bad hr policies, etc

Likes

Salary at the end of month and rule and regulations of the company is good but only on paper never seeing implementation of the rules on floor.

Dislikes

Everything is dislike if you join gebbs you will feel you are slave for them your salary will be 10000 and they exploit you every day every time don't believe me just join gebbs as fresher and after one month in operations share you feedback.

Salary will be given on time.

Dislikes

We have to be on system for 7.55Hrs. We have to come down for dinner from 3rd floor or 4th floor. No stairs to come down. We have to wait in cafeteria for seats. Few managers don't know how to talk with their subordinates. Example - Feroz
