...pointing... First I would like to say people please don't join in this company.. Especially experience folks they will hire you by offering great salary.. But when you joined you will not get a salary... HR department will hire you by saying good company.. But after training they will reveal the truth there is target based salary that to day wise and not meet that target on that day, will lose salary.. And especially the inventory is waste inventory and there is no downtime even there is software issue from client side company will never provide downtime.. At any cost need to meet the target...waste management.. No responsibility and in case after surviving notice period they will say after 45 days will get salary.. But even 5 to 6 months will not get Full and final settlement... Please please don't join in Gebbs..even if you need urgent job also don't join and Instead of working in Gebbs it is better to do labour work why means you will get pay and there is timing...

... like working at gebbs vecause department is worse they dont resolve the issues of employees about getting there salary deducted every other time they ask to stretch us the shift time but dont provide us overtime money and as employees we cannot take paid leave which is left in our bucket for that also they need explanation.

Same salary issue is going in gebbs health care and i think fmc process is not going. To continue after december of 2023 so please dont join GEBBs

You cannot even take your own breaks 10. My over all experience to you is not Recommended to join and take a risk in your carrier. 11. I hope this find you better understanding. 12. Nice place to work. Supervisor and other supporting staff is very helpful. Got to learn so much of rcm. If you are fresher in rcm must join as you'll get detailed training of rcm and calling. Floor support throughout training period is awesome. Freshers can easily achieve target.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal are worst than industry standards. If employee is investing 4 years with highest rating appraisal won't be more than 800-1000 whereas who hired as experienced will have twice of salary than a 4-5 year old employees. Forget about IJP they are only for manager and tl favourite employees ( No matter how hard you've worked) you'll find people whose ranking is worst are getting promoted but top ranked employee won't get promotion.

...ike the policies. During Covid they don't provide leaves, they will mark as LOP. If you don't achieve your production on daily bases they will deduct the salary.
