Gebbs instills a high level of discipline in freshers which is missing in other companies. These habits Commad a lot of respect for Gebbs ex-employees in the next organization

A lot of cost cutting on transportation combined with lack of trust for giving work from home to users and lack of support from managers puts us in an awkward situation

Transport facility is very good, transport and admin guys are very co operative.

Dislikes

Shift timing, salary gets deducted incorrectly every month, if target not achieved: will be marked half day, unnecessary extension of shift everyday, favouritism, AM consuming tobacco on work floor, consuming substance and coming to office, bad hr policies, etc

...olitics is there Directors need to take the concern and monitarate to everyone.. Salary Deduction policy is the main Defect of this company overall good atmosphere...

Flexible timings, weekend off, big office, good incentives and salary is given on time.

Too many departments changes, you have to just complete the target anyhow whether you know how to work or not, people don't know about the work they are doing there, you don't have all the access of the sites and portals that makes work easy and efficient, they threw people in one dept to another without any training and then you have to ask all over the floor for the queries and still you will not get the solution 🤣🤣 seniors don't know what they are everyone is just completing the target and going home, if target is not completed salary will be deducted, too many timing changes and also moves people from one place to anaother, most of the time the work is given late and you have extend the shift to complete the target , they say it's easy but it's very hard we have to make calls to the us insurance which will not connect most of the time or it is on long hold and then ur Target will not be completed. Most of the people joined do the training and leave the job in 2-3 months, but if you are given good department you can easily survive but if the dept changes or you've been allocated in some hard dept then will be leaving the job soon, and there is unnecessary dept very frequently 🤣🤣, i have worked in 6 dept in 6 months there. So join there try it if there is nothing good in ur hand right now, then find a good job and leave gebbs quickly before it becomes hectic to you 🤣🤣
