...s RTI - ED. Manager is very bad and rude, the whole management team is with him. Target is more that salary worth. You have to extend 2-3 hours to complete the target. Management is not taking any action on manager even if they are wrong. In RTI - ED you don't have any personal life. Other processes are nice as compared to RTI ED but if you want to destroy your career than come in RTI - ED IN Gebbs healthcare solutions.

...gement is transplant .There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .company policies are good ,but not satisfactory ,appraisals are fair, salary hike and bonus are not good enough

Yes there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, salary is decent but carrer growth is slow,

...g us to the office and nor paying us a certain minimum amount so we can survive. atleast they should pay us half of the salary so we can survive in this difficult situation even they are not giving any update about the work. I am very dissatisfied and angry on this company now. Because what is the use of our organization if they can't even take care of their employees in their difficult time.They have just left us just like that niether they are telling us your Fired nor they calling us to the office to work. What to now its so hard to look for another job in this lockdown situation due to corona.

Salary issue, Pressurized employees to come and join office but not paying the salary as per their CTC. Dont have proper management not planned for Work from home. Notice period 2 Months which is mandatory.

The company culture is quite good. Collaboration with higher management is also good. Also the environment at the floor is friendly and helpful for newcomers, growth opportunities are too nice. I had pleasures experience at the company. Over all its good place to work .

Obviously the salary at initial stages. Further growth is quit fine, over attaching to shifts time. Non avaliblity of good caffatarea & food. Also the transportation issues, It's all on yours. Except that it's fine
