All are good, I'm from CSA Ops department, good working environment, No work pressure at all, no stretch, seniors are humble and helpful.

Work environment and work culture are the best things to highlight. Each and every Co-workers are great peoples and very helpful. Another best thing provided by the company is gearinc academy. It's free for every gearinc employees and very easy to attend and complete courses.

Dislikes

Management of this company is not good. They doesn't show any problem solving approach towards us. "IT SOLUTIONS" can't solve problems. They basically have a single solution of every problem and that is restarting systems. And if that doesn't work you have to change your seat. The policies are also damn interesting like if you have more than 2 leaves you can't get the punctuality. You are absent for 3 days without informing earlier or you have pre approved planned and ploted leaves for 3 days both results same. Board football is broken for many months after informing everyone including HRs and GA GT teams many times they still trying but can't manage to fix a single steel rod. also job security is very less here. Appraisal process is irrelevant and kind of luck basis approach.

There are several things that I like about working there but the major thing is most of the time we don't do anything. We just chiling at cafeteria all the time I'm from TnS department.

Dislikes

There are tons of partiallity between agent and overheads. Overheads (TnS and GUO) think that they are the owner of this company but they forgot that they are just a f*cking employee of this firm.

Worst Management ever I have seen. People are not recognising the person who performing well and who have knowledge about the job roll. If you need promotion then you have to follow the oiling and buttering process.

People are targeting the person who is not following the oiling and buttering process. "0" job satisfaction.

Management doesn't recognize the process knowledge. Quantity of work is more important than quality of work. Job security is 0. Scope of skill development is 0. The behaviour of some overheads is terrible. Some people don't know how to behave. Horrible shift timings. No Cab facility for Morning shift. Some people who are not qualified to be agents or associates are sitting as TL and QA.
