Salary and Compensation. No growth opportunities within GEA. Once you spent 5 years in GEA there are very few option for job change for growth. GEA exp. has no value to grab job in O&G companies after spent 5 years. Global Engineering Pool top leadership is very reluctant.

No promotion & proper increment cycles. selfish Foreign manager decides salary. He thinks India employees should work in less salary & make less expenses. Such managers should be removed.

Salary growth is less than required for Indian Inflationary conditions. Only senior management get paid well, all middle and juniors are paid very less.

Work-life balance is good, as I am working for GEA Pharma Systems, UK department and has a global clients base. I get to travel abroad. But on-site travel is completely dependent on the location.

Dislikes

Worst local management, No chance to grow or higher position. Compensation is not good at all. Manager favors few people, partiality and all...these things are worst...

Strictly work from office policy. HR should change their perspective and every company only in this company. HR client is employees they have to meet once in month in every department and understand employee view and try to solve it.
