Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Culture, politics, no opportunities to grow, Increments are pathetic, variable pay is partially paid even if you perform. They make profit by cutting pay, perks of people than paying attention. Stone age Tools used for managing projects in the era of AI. Grow up !!

GE has Gods work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management of GE is very transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for breakfast and Lunch.
