Package is good and the lunch is subsidized.

Work life balance is less than zero, job security is extremely negative, career growth is not that much if you dont oil your manager, company culture is terrible, everybody will point fingure at you in the board meetings and managerment makes sure that those who do not oil managers are systematically demotivated and periodically devastated so that their output gets decreased and they can be sacked with no explanation whatsoever.

GE Power, Noida Steam Division is not an American MNC. The Steam Power buisness is totally managed by Indians and in a very haphazard manner. This place is not right for a Structural Engineer. Only managers can survive here.

There is nothing to dislike this company. Overall very good company. Only compensation should be revised depending upon performance and talent of the employees

Pay disparity. People who started their career with the company and have stayed for a long time earn significantly less than lateral hires with similar experience.
