GETL was my first job and the company laid a strong foundation in my career. The management is always open and transparent for any kind of discussion. All the team members are well educated and have handful of experience. They always encourage knowledge sharing. Everyday it's learning process at GETL. Understanding the work culture of other similar companies, the work-life balance at GETL is amazing.

Everything is fine but also money matters and pay wise I always felt the company could have been better.
