Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Being at Commissioning and service team,Travelling is really difficult, because of sudden plans. There won't be prior update on the kind of work need to be carried out at site. No over time payment for the extra hours worked at site to complete the Job. sometimes you will be assigned to job which you are not experienced with or not even known. I do receive appreciation from my client and from my managers as well, but it's worthless with respect to year end appraisals, won't get what you deserve.

Lot of respect given to women employee. Good work culture. Family functions with company money, cab, medical facilities, good management, People will listen to you even if you are a fresher.
