no ethics, worst HR services and management is the most corrupt in the corporate world in India God knows when the Americans will realise that

No pressure of work, support from senior and a team like a family and opportunity to earn a good and huge amount of incentive as extra source of income

Nothing dislike, consider as a worst day of mine life leaving G.E and joining TCS

Culture in GE is excellent being multinational organisation provide opportunity to work in diverse field.

Dislikes

In turbulent times when you work in small division of mega organizations it give disadvantages of shutdown or closure so one must work in main business of organisation instead of small subsidiaries having high risk of failure or closure. But appreciate GE in that front as well they stand for employee even they close some division.
