Most are in the same boat, because the Contractor doesn't care for its own and feedback is non-existent, with GE management involved in covering up mistakes of their own - a one sided relationship. Training and transparency is a far cry from proper process. Pay is extremely low for contract workers at GE. Management needs to be fair and unbiased with contract workers.

Dislikes

...tough politics with contract workers, which concoction makes for a poor culture. Management must groom a culture of retention and balanced work schedules with market driven salary structures for even contract workers. Growth is in satisfaction of stakeholders, both internal and external.

... excellent 👍 if you are a fresher then this company is the best ever for you. If you want to work here for salary and increments then you'll get quite unsatisfied here. But definitely it's a great experience I'm having in this company right now. 😊

...isagree with the punching system of attendance. ☹️ It sometimes never works. And nobody take the responsibility to give you salary if you missed the punch but you are present on that day.

Good working environment and HPT empowerment. Campus is good and culture is also fantastic. Management is transparent and teammates are supportive. During covid pandemic management did great job and the vaccination drive is also remarkable.

Salary of the the experienced employees not as per the today's market conditions.

...e and manage the shifts as per beed. There is huge cafeteria and playing ground. It's provide good salery with yearly bonus as per employee performance.In GE prefer first priority is safety first. So it's provide proper safety to all members.

The management dose not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. ignore deciplane culture.on the job training is not given to new rejoiners. And not properly guide for GE culture to new joiners. Ignore strictly prohibited tambako in company.
