1. When you leave the company, some senior staff will try to defame you by making false allegations against you. This arrangement will be made by the higher management so that you cannot work or find work elsewhere, and they will try to destroy your career. Difficult to believe then ask the ex employees then you will get the clear picture.

1. Poor Management: The management team is ineffective and lacks the necessary skills to lead the company. They make arbitrary decisions without considering the input of employees, resulting in a demoralized workforce. The lack of clear goals and objectives leaves employees feeling directionless.
2. Unfair Treatment: The company shows favoritism towards certain employees, creating a toxic work environment. Promotions and opportunities for growth are given based on personal relationships rather than merit. This creates a sense of resentment and frustration among hardworking employees who feel undervalued.
3. Lack of Employee Appreciation: The company fails to recognize and appreciate the hard work and dedication of its employees. There is a lack of acknowledgment for achievements and a general indifference towards employee contributions. This lack of recognition further diminishes employee motivation and loyalty.
4. The workplace culture is toxic and detrimental to employee well-being. There is a lack of teamwork and collaboration, with a focus on individual competition rather than fostering a supportive environment. 6. Company without ethics.
7. Fake commitment.
8. No salary increment.
During my time there, I faced significant mental harassment, which had a profound impact on my well-being. It is disheartening to admit that the top management, who happened to be relatives and beneficiaries of nepotism, were involved in these unfortunate circumstances. This created an environment where external staff were consistently targeted as scapegoats, with false accusations being made against them without hesitation. It became apparent that the organization's interests took precedence over justice and fairness.
Learned with my own courage. Nursing team is good.
