...onment is quite challenging. The Chairman of this school is a complete racist. Does not provide salary on time. Fake Promises. Sometimes we had to work on Sundays. Does not provide proper accomodation for the out station Teachers. The school is a complete mess.

...est increment 2. 12 hour working 3. Too much unnecessary stayback of teachers 4. Large variation in the salary of the teaching staff even handling the major subjects. 5. Favouritism by the Management staff especially Principal 6. More than 45 students in each class. 7. Too much arrangements. 8. Too much work load for the teachers. 9. Multiple work the same time. 10. No job security as anyone can be removed anytime.

Work for two months and get one month salary as they release salary after 25th every month. So when u join, u will get your salary after almost 55 days. The worst organisation I have ever worked. Looking for change.

... 6. No matter how much loyal and hardworking you have been , your value is 0. 7. You will not get your last month salary no matter whether you have served notice period or not. 8. They force to Take online Classes from 4:30 AM in morning and from 7:30 PM in evening.

The saturdays when you just have to go to school and sit

The management makes life tough with excess workpressure and hardly any increment. they take 10% of your salary as a security and there is no sureity if it would return back. The head of the management doesn't respect workers and its mostly business for the school.
