School work culture is ridiculous. Teaching staff is in terrible situation regarding salary. This is our government privatization dream for future where the future maker has no job security no timely paid salary.

The saturdays when you just have to go to school and sit

The management makes life tough with excess workpressure and hardly any increment. they take 10% of your salary as a security and there is no sureity if it would return back. The head of the management doesn't respect workers and its mostly business for the school.

... 6. No matter how much loyal and hardworking you have been , your value is 0. 7. You will not get your last month salary no matter whether you have served notice period or not. 8. They force to Take online Classes from 4:30 AM in morning and from 7:30 PM in evening.
